QEHS department is actively involved into the continues improving process of working areas. QEHS is also driving activities, which are supporting to raising employee’s awareness and safety approach in factory.
Core Responsibilities
• Conduct follow-up on observations and incidents
• Root cause investigation for incidents and Risk assessments in MSG
• Provide MSG training - MSG knowledge/Regularly/Repetitive MSG trainings
• MSG projects – driving/leading and participating in projects locally and globally
• Develop and sustain competencies within MSG
• Create and sustain machine safety approach and awareness
• Conduct machine safety assessments of work equipment
• Drive the collection of inputs to facilitate improvements
• Assist Global Machine Safety in creation and updating of tools to secure usability
• Assure standards are followed in site – and conduct process confirmation and report back to local management and global Machine Safety
• Support area partners to identify risks related with machine and electricity
• Involve into onsite EHS problem solving if related with machine safety
• Participate in EHS activities such as safety week, Network, PSO review, BBS etc
• Help EHS staff to supervise the training and conducting of LISI/LOTO onsite
• Conduct necessary tasks from QEHS department
Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor degree or above is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience within MSG Processes in international/multicultural environment/EHS legislation in manufacturing/construction or other heavy industries
• Good communication skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders/ customers on various levels
• Routine user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Interest and ability to build solid business understanding is necessity
• Ability to plan proactively and anticipate needs.
