岗位职责
* Participates in the selection of employees withing EHS group, plans for future needs, and works 10%
to fill vacancies.
* Influencing leaders to promote proactive work place health and safety management systems. 10%
* Reports monthly on EHS performance at site level and ensures all required training is completed 5%
at location level.
* Collaborates in industry and governmental EHS activities to share knowledge, influence decision 10%
making, and promote brand.
* Facilitates transfer of EHS knowledge. 10%
* Provides technical and regulatory compliance expertise and support. 10%
* Develops plan for EHS in newly acquired businesses and at new sites while under construction 10%
* Implement of the safety audit annually. 5%
* Ensures accident and incident investigation. 10%
* Implement Behaviors Based Safety
* Ensures all regulations (Cargill and country) are followed and reports to government and Cargill are accurate and timely. Leads negotiation of business critical governmental authorizations and disputes. 10%
