Job Description:
1.Report to Managing Director directly and functionaly to China EHS Director.
2.Responsible for establishing and maintaining EHS management systems and procedures,
make sure that the activity of company complies with national and local laws, regulations
related standards, and corporate requirements.
3.Set EHS targets and coordinate between related departments and functions to ensure its achievement.
4.Daily EHS management works such as EHS inspection, training, monitoring and corrective actions to
push the change of safety culture in the organization etc.
5.Make training plans for employees, contractors and visitors to ensure they are healthy and
safe in work locations.
6.Provide timely EHS performance summary, analysis and report to different levels of the organization.
7.Lead accident investigation team, and ensure all incidents are investigated properly and report
to corporate and relate authority as required timely, ensure accident root causes are found and
recommends corrective action plan in time.
8.Organize EHS audit/inspection and monitor system to track each department's EHS performance and
make sure EHS system effectiveness.
9.Set up emergency responde system, implement emergency drill regularly.
10.Development EHS best practice and reduce injuries, energy consumption and prevent environment pollution.
11.Make EHS annual plan and budget, supervise its implementation.
12.Responsible for the management of all plant hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste
in accordance with country and state regulations.
13.Develop plans to ensure of contractor EHS compliance management.
14.Liaising with external authority, government to ensure company operations comply with local
requirements.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and above, major in Safety Engineering or other related.
2.5+ years' EHS working experiences in a multinational company.
3.Good communication ability especially in English.
4.Mature, independent and team-work spirit.
