 Responsibilities:


· According to Corporate's EHS strategy, assist with the development and implementation of the Asia regional strategy.
· Help Asia site recruit EHS coordinator when needed.
· Provide site EHS coordinator orientation training (Corporate EHS policy, sustainability, SBS, EHMS, Road Map, scorecard, data entry, information and reporting on web site)
· Provide corporate's EHSMS training for site management team.
· Provide training on Asia's federal and local government and fire department related laws/regulatory (new and amended) information to site.
· Conduct on site management system ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and shop floor compliance audit to Asia sites at least 3 times annually.
· Work with Asia Pacific EHS Manager and product group EHS manager to manage site EHS issue.
· Monitor, follow up and help every Asia site work on EHS-related projects and submit a report quarterly.
· Monitor and follow up every Asia sites recordable and lost time incident corrective action, until the action closure is correct.
· Monitor and follow up every Asia sites web site data and information entry is accurate and in time.
· Work with 3rd party conduct compliance audit for every Asia site annually, monitor and follow up the findings until closed.
· Share EHS BMP to every site.
· Help site to work with EHS road map under ISO14K, OHSAS18K management system stardard.
· Verify site EHS road map scores.
· Submit a Asia region EHS report once a month.
· Participate in annual Asia Pacific EHS council meeting and training.
· Participate in corporate annual EHS meeting and training in US.
· Participate weekly corporate EHS group conference call.
· Participate monthly Asia Pacific EHS conference call.


Qualification of Asia regional EHS manager
· College or university graduated major in environment and/or health safety.
· 2. Good on English speaking, reading, listening and writing
· 3. Good on Mandarin speaking, reading, listening and writing
· 4. At least 8 years EHS work experience in manufacturing facility, includes at least 2 years experience as EHS manager or EHS coordinator.
· 5. Familiar with Asia environment/health/safety and fire departments laws and regulatorys
· 6. Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management system, is able to create/implement/maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management system independently.
· 7. Obtain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management system external auditor certificate
· 8. Obtain registed safety engineer certificate in Asia.
· 9. Able to travel in Asia and abroad, 1~3 weeks every month
