The role of a Divisional HSE Manager is to guarantee the respect and the enforcement of company HSE policy within the china. The main missions of the role are to:
▪ Advise the program managers on HSE matters and ensure the implementation of recommendations
▪ Ensure the good level of staffing in all plants of the china
▪ Drive the network of site HSE coordinators for the china (training, assessment, advise)
▪ Elaborate an annual action plan for the china, organize the review of sites and monitor yearly audits of each plant
▪ Ensure the follow-up and the consolidation of the monthly reporting of the indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
▪ Ensure the accident enquiries are achieved properly (time and quality)
▪ Analyse the Division results and bring a global vision in the analysis of the accidents. Suggest solutions for improvement
▪ Update and circulate best practices in prevention and protection matters in all the plants of the Division and towards the Business Group
▪ Actively participate in the Group's HSE Network and in the development of the HSE policy at the Business Group level
Enviroment management (moritorin of solid,liquid and gas wastes and their compliance with laws and regulations );especially chemical managerment.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪Bachelorr's degree with a specialisation in Health, Safety & Environment
▪ Minimum 6 years experience in safety,enviromental engineering and management field;
Minimun 6 years experience in EHS management in multinational industrial companies or in EHS consulting firms.
▪ Established skills in HSE methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000 and others
▪ International mindset
▪ Relevant expertise according to the technologies of the china
▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
