EHS Manager in Great China

Basic Function

Under the supervision of MD in China Level, the incumbent is responsible for:

Managing and developing all environmental safety/health activities within a large organization

Defining organization-wide environmental safety/health policies including the development of strategy, objectives, policies and programs to ensure compliance with all related local and national government regulations

Investigating and reporting the occupational injury accidents

Responsibilities

Develop and establish all organization-wide environmental safety/health policies and programs

Direct and review all periodic EH&S reports

Manage and train EHS staff and all employees to improve overall safety sense

Assess and address potential work hazards to ensure a safe working environment

Develop environmental safety and health budget

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering

Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry, with minimum 5 years experience in EHS management

Strong leadership

Good communication skill

Fluent English
