岗位职责：

            Key Result AreasEnvironment, Health and Safety

            Responsibilities岗位职责
            
            Drives EH&S activities and policy for Symbio site.
Ensures company’s compliance with all EHS related legal requirements
Ensures company’s compliance with ISO14000, OHSAS18001 and other EHS management systems standards requirements
Aggressively manages EH&S metrics to drive world class performance
Manages all related EH&S issues pertaining to all product transfers
Provides the organization with key EH&S information and reports
Leads EH&S training for all levels of employees in Manila
Collects, tracks, reviews and compiles EH&S data from Manila and supports the Asia office with these data.
Coordinates and leads internal and external EH&S audits
Drives and reviews Environmental, Health and Safety Management Programs
Establishes the Manila MSDS master list and ensures consistency and universal understanding
Assesses internal EH&S competencies and developmental needs and upgrades skills and talents where necessary
Liaises with Corporate EH&S for implementing PerkinElmer EH&S policies

            Facilities

Security

            Leads a team of technical personnel to maintain the site’s Facilities
Participates in the evaluation, planning, design and supervision of engineering projects
Oversees projects to ensure timely completion, on budget and meets specified quality standard
Initiates and implements equipment performance improvement plans.
In-charge of the design, start-up, operation and maintenance of the air-conditioning, mechanical and clean room Systems
Responsible for the Daily and preventive maintenance of the Facilities systems.
Manages machine shop to support plant operations.

· Oversees efficient performance of security staff.

            IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS工作要求
            
Education
 
            BS in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical or Applied Physics preferred.

Work Experience
 
            A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment preferred. Working experience with international or cross-cultural environment is an advantage.
With relevant leadership position handling EHS, Facilities and General Services function. Possesses strategic skill that enables strong tactical results. With strong business acumen and good oral and written communication skills.

Core Competencies
 
Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO14000/OHSAS18001, Hazardous Material Handling and Industrial Safety and Hygiene, General Facilities support.
Certified Safety Officer.

Ability to facilitate Plant Facilities design and maintenance, Clean room design and operations.

Position requires strong organizational skills to set priorities for assigned tasks coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-motivation, ability to take initiative, proactive. Ability to function in a multi-task environment and work in a busy, dynamic, team oriented organization. Proficient in computer use.
