Responsibilities:
(1) To be actively involved in and committed to the implementation of all the company's policies in all aspects of the job function.
(2) To participate fully in company projects through personnel involvement when required (SHE requirement)
(3) To conduct personal behavior in such a way that it protects and enhances the company's reputation.
(4) To strive to continually improve in all aspects of work.
(5) To collaborate in planning and implementation of fault prevention methods
(e.g.8D)
(6) To be pro-active in supporting internal customer and external stakeholders.
(7) To ensure that all safety, health and EMS procedures are maintained at all times.
(8) To support actively in SHEQ meetings with other department if required.
(9) To be actively involved in problems solving with regards to continuous improvement of SHE system.
(10) To carry out SHE audits to improve the plan SHE level.
(11) Any other duties as required by the manager.
Job Requirements
Requirement:
(1) University Graduate with major in Safety or Environment Engineering.
(2) At least 6 years practical experience in SHE field.
(3) Good command of English language, oral and written.
(4) Good coordination skills, time management, communication skills, independent.
