Responsibility:

1.    Execute trouble shooting in case of HSE issues in Ningbo Plant.

2.        Implant the FHP HSE system in the Ningbo Plant

3. Establish and maintain Health, Safety and Environmental Protection (HSE) Management Systems which comply with company and international standards

4.     Conduct HSE audits, risk assessment, accident/near-miss investigation

5.   Promote “Zero Accident” culture through training, programs and monitoring system

6.    Set up emergency management system

Requirements:

1.        University degree in sciences/engineering, prefer candidate with advanced degree in sciences/engineering or MBA.

2.   Worked for International company or Joint Venture following western safety processes (3 yrs +)

3.   Experienced in converting local China production site to meet international standards

4.      Experienced in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Safety systems in production site

5.      Familiar with EU standard and China legal requirements about HSE

6.      Knowledge in plastic injection or brush manufacturing is a plus

7.      Fluent English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is a must

8.      Sound analytical skills to evaluate technical

9.      Good communication skills

10.     Being able to prioritize

11.    Taking the initiative and acting “independently” ( = using the entrepreneurial freedom ) in a given frame.

12.      Successful team player

13.      Staying focused in fuzzy situations.

14.      Native Chinese language speaker.

15.   Very good people management skills, ability to communicate technical information to different levels of organization and across departments
