Position Summary:
This job leads site towards Quality Excellence and aligned with business goals and deliver measurable added value. Stimulates and supports the organization to build a customer oriented culture, setting the standard to meet customer expectation and continuously improve work processes.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and communicate quality goals and initiatives to plant teams
? Establish system to ensure quality performance metrics data collected, measured and reported accurately and timely
? Drive effective problem solving process (Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions) and implement Customer Complaint Procedure and Cost of Quality metrics for improvement on significant internal and external Quality defects/issues.
? As site PPI champion drive PPI activities to deliver the world class quality performance, work with cross sites PPI leaders and regional PPI process manager.
? Maintain quality system certificate for ISO9000/ISO13485 and ensure comply with company quality requirements
? Drive supplier quality improvement aggressively through solid execution of procedures in place and improve supplier quality with sourcing team to suppliers.
? Set up training procedure and system to ensure right level quality awareness and maintain high level training rate of PPI.
? Develop, implement, monitor and maintain the quality assurance systems and activities in compliance with Quality Policy, corporate and department goals and objectives, and external regulations.
? Secure product regulatory compliance and fulfill manufacturing licensing requirement. Report timely any regulatory incident and provide advise any potential regulatory concerns to management.
? Ensure EHS procedures in place. Training staff to insure a safe work place and regulatory compliance; Audit operations to confirm EHS program components are being observed; Review chemical ordering, usage, inventory and storage to maintain compliance and safety; Manage hazardous waste disposal; Lead Environmental permitting; maintain safety files
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree in Bio-science or management or engineering required;
? 5 years experiences;
? Fluent speaking, reading, listening and writing in English;
? ISO9000/ISO13485 internal auditor certified, six-sigma green belt preferred.
