Responsibilities:
1. Promotes the CT-ECC HSE policy and coordinates its implementation within the Machining department, in close cooperation with CTECC HSE specialist.
密切配合HSE专员，在机加工车间协调和推行公司HSE政策。
2. Supports the team in managing daily safety issues, e.g. by performing behavior audits, analysing incidents and developing Safe Working Procedures.
支持机加工团队处理日常安全事项，例如员工安全行为规范检查，安全事故原因分析，安全操作工作流程改进。
3. Consolidates safety-related information from the Machining department.
机加工车间安全生产有关信息的汇整。
4. Leads the implementation of the Production System within the Machining department.
在机加工部门生内引导产系统（精益生产、TPM、5S）活动实施。
5. Performs audits and supports the elaboration and follow-up of improvement action   plans.
对持续改进行动计划进行审核并追踪实施。
6. Leads the team of Production Improvement technicians.
领导生产改进（费用控制、SPC、持续改善等）团队。
7. Contributes to the analysis and improvement of production-related KPIs.
生产相关KPI数据的分析及改进。
8. Ensures all the activities contribute to CTECC profitability.
确保所有行为都有益于提高CTECC的盈利。
9. Continuously improves operational processes
持续改进营运过程。
10. Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/CTECC HSE.
确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CTECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with Safety or IE or Mechanical related background
安全或工业工程、机械相关专业，本科学历。
2. minimum three years related work experience
3年以上相关工作经验。
3. Good computer skills
良好的计算机操作技能。
4. Proficient in both oral and written English skills
熟练的英语口语和写作技能。
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, clever, persistent and    with a strong drive.
良好的人际关系及沟通技巧，组织能力，聪明，持续的、强烈的工作动力。
6.   Analytical/numerical skills is required
必要的分析/计算能力。
7.   Team work spirit.
具备团队合作精神。
