职位描述

JOB OBJECTIVES:
- To develop, monitor and implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards; Supervise and monitor ISO related activities; Interpret and translate the mandatory requirements in environmental protection and work safety, corporate Responsible Care principles and practices into company SHE system, establish, implement SHE policies, procedures and programs in the company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Assist the supervisor in developing and keeping the budget for own cost center. Make proposals to minimize the production cost within the framework;
- Control inspection and define quality control programs/quality standard and co-operate with production function;
- Develop and maintain QM Manual to formulate the accurate guidelines for all relevant staff;
- Customer complaint handling;
- Confirm that plant quality control procedures are properly carried out; Advice immediately the plant management any unusual findings and recommend corrective actions; Educate and instruct production personnel;
- Implement and assist in development of the safety and environment protection policies and procedures of the lab/company; Assist the safety review of all MOC’s in the lab;
- Complying with the requirements of the EHS Policy and procedures;
- Promptly reporting to direct supervisor in case of any incidents and near miss or exposure to hazardous substances;
- Establish company HSE preventive guideline and monitor the implementation; Responsible for the identification of existing and potential hazards, and recommend the improvement action;
- Organize company or external HSE audit; Draw out the audit report; Monitor HSE performance to ensure the emission of waste, the condition of plant operation meet the EIA, LSHA and OHA requirements and relevant laws, regulations;
- Set up company and other department HSE training scheme, plan and organize the general HSE training to strength the employee’s awareness on HSE; Supervise the execution and involve the result evaluation;
- Communication with authority; Responsible for the certification application regarding HSE field; Responsible for the coordination of all the HSE inspection, audit and other activities required by authorities;
- Maintain a documental system; Prepare and check 1)the HSE presentation documents, statistics and report and 2) the SHE statistics, analysis and reports for internal and external use;
- Plan and direct activities related to ISO certification in order to secure the certification and successfully pass the subsequent audits.

职位要求: 
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Safety management, Chemical engineering, industrial engineering management or related is required;
- Well knowledge of quality management, chemical, risk management and EHS management;
- At least 5 years related working experience with solid working experience at chemical plant;
- Strong leadership and inter-personal communication skills to work with TEDA authorities and industrial partner;
- Willing to work under pressure and challenges;
- Good professional qualification and good ability to work independently;
- Proficient English communication skills and PC application skills;
