EEM EHS Management’s (EEM) mission is to promote and contribute to the improvement of environmental and social practices within our society. We collaborate with our clients in order to generate long-term added value and provide the skills and tools necessary to think and operate sustainability at all levels of their organization.

Independent consulting firm
Based in the heart of Montreal since 1993, we support organizations in the public and private sectors as well as non-profit organizations in their efforts to address sustainable development and manage workplace health and safety.
More concretely, our expertise covers:
- The design, implementation, maintenance and audit of management systems based on international or sectoral standards (ISO, MAC TSM, Green Marine, EPSC, R2, Cyanide Code, etc.)
- Verification of environmental and health and safety compliance obligations
- Management of compliance obligations (development and updating of legal requirement registers, regulatory tracking)
- Verification of sustainable development reports
- Support for developing an approach to sustainable development
Our team, composed of bilingual consultants (English and French), several of whom speak a third language, strives to apply a human approach based on trust and transparency. Our extensive network of collaborators enhances the expertise and capabilities of our team.

EEM EHS Management is proud to be part of the B Corp family. B Corp is a certification program that designates companies that meet the highest standards of performance, transparency, and social and environmental responsibility. For EEM, joining this movement is a natural step in order to join a group of companies for which business objectives are not limited to generating profits, but also to creating value for society. Thus, we are taking action with the objective of not only limiting ourselves to applying social, environmental, governance and transparency criteria to our customers; but also to apply these same criteria to ourselves. We have duly completed our self-assessments in order to identify our strengths and weaknesses according to the five areas covered by the certification program (governance, employees, clients, community and environment) and to define new ways to respect our values in each of our actions. We hope to act with other B Corp companies to accelerate the change of global culture, redefine business success and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy for all.
