教育背景：
本科以上学历，机械工程专业；5-7年以上工作经验。

语言能力：
具有优秀的英语听说读写能力。

技能：
我们需要一位经验丰富的工程师，熟悉大型工业厂房及常用设施、设备的安装与维护，有健康与安全管理方面的经验，尤其是在以下方面：
-     电力网络分布
-     工业用水和饮用水网络分布
-     燃气网络分布
-     污水管线
-     照明系统
-     暖通空调系统
-     压缩机和压缩空气网络分布
-     了解消防技术、灭火系统和灭火工具
-     管理吊车和起重机、升降机等
另外，要求了解健康与安全规程，了解环境立法和实务。
掌握统计方法和解决问题的技巧。
拥有先进的WCM相关知识或“精益生产”工具和技术方面的知识，应用于设施维修和安全改进（“零事故”原则）。
具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，能够分析数据和应用新技术，具有高度的积极主动性。
 
JOB DESCRIPTION: Plant Engineering & EHS Specialist
 
EDUCATION:
The ideal individual will hold a degree in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5-7 years experience.
LANGUAGE:
 A good English knowledge is mandatory, both spoken and written.
SKILLS:
Experienced engineer with a deep understanding of complex industrial plants and general utilities and general equipment installation and maintenance, with also experience in Health and Safety management in particular :
-     Power network and distribution;
-     Industrial and drinking water network and distribution;
-     Gas network and distribution;
-     Sewage network
-     Lighting systems
-     HVAC systems;
-     Compressor and air compressed network and distribution;
-     Fire protection techniques and fire-fighting systems and equipments;
-     Overhead Cranes and hoists
-     Forklifts, etc 
 
In addition to:
-      Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
-      Knowledge of environmental legislations and practices
Good knowledge of Statistical Methodologies and Problem Solving techniques 
Good knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Lean production tools and techniques applied to facility maintenance and safety improvement (zero-accident philosophy)
The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data and drive process improvement, with a high degree of self motivation. 
ACTIVITIES
Perform the engineering activities in term of detailed layout deployment and  validation, co design with the suppliers/contractors and initial costs estimation.
Prepare technical specifications for general equipment and equipment installations
Develop general equipment maintenance cycles, Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons and all documentation required, in line with CNH standards.
Develop procedures to prevent and control accidents and health disease in the plant.
Perform safety training and education programs, demonstrates the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and general safety equipment.
Carries out regular site inspections to ensure implementation of H&S procedures. 
Maintains and updates emergency plans and procedures.
Ensures the safe installation of equipment and guarantees certification about work hygiene of new chemical products.
Plans practical and effective methods of promoting health and safety in line with the legislation and CNH standards and ensures that all safety rules policies are respected
Keeps records of inspection produces and accidents, produces reports and statistics for managers and CNH reports
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data, ability to educate and train people, with a high degree of self motivation. 
Must be able to act quickly to lead, develop, and implement solutions. Serves as a change agent to challenge the existing processes in place. 
Analytical skills and ability to communicate efficiently technical and non-technical information;  readiness to learn and develop new technical aspects and promote innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to establish good work relations with peers and above grade managers.
