HSE Supervisor 安全健康环保主管

Responsibilities:

1.Maintain HS&E policies and help employees and contractors understand policies.

2.Enforce strict implementation of HS&E policies within the plant. 
3.Evaluate risks and hazards of plant activities and take appropriate preventive and control actions. 
4.Advise on the continuous improvement of HS&E management and implementation. 
5.Carry out daily HS&E checks, provide advise and help on HS&E issues for departments. 
6.Involve in incident investigation and perform Root Cause Analysis as needed; make sure incident case are appropriately communicated in the plant and prepare documents as required. 
7.Conduct HS&E training and promotion to improve employees' safety awareness and enhance safety culture; update HS&E training materials as required. 
8.Arrange HS&E routine meetings and activities. 
9.Lead plant "5S" program. 
10.Make sure emergency response systems work well. 
11.Update guidelines for the use of chemicals, equipments and other related materials; 
12.Manage air, noise and waste pollutions and other environmental issues. 
13.Assist in establishing Environmental Management System and safety programs. 
14.Lead HS&E audits 
15.Effectively serve as HS&E manager's backup. 

Skills Required: 
1.Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and China Laws and Regulations on safety, health and environment. 
2.Strong execution abilities on HS&E policies and standards. 
3.Teamwork & effective communication skills. 
4.Good English and presentation skills. 

Experience / Education: 
1. B. S. Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent. 
2. At least 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
