职位描述

任职资格：
1 大专以上学历，英语六级，个性开朗、外向、严谨；
2 五年以上独立工厂EHS管理经验，熟悉EHS体系的建立和运作；
3 工作热忱，具有责任心、紧迫感；
4 较强的语言表达能力，思维活跃，善于创新性思维，能准确把握EHS管理工作的重点和推进方法；
5 有团队管理经验和EHS工作推动能力，有外企工作经验，有海外工厂管理经验的优先考虑；
6 具备安全工程师资格证书，具备EHS体系内审证书。

岗位职责：
1 负责集团内事故的调查、处理、跟踪和整改验证；
2 负责集团EHS体系的推行；
3 负责协助对区域、工厂开展安全稽核和考评；
4 协助上级推动区域、工厂安全管理工作有序有效提升；
5 协助上级推动对海外工厂的EHS管理；
6 负责协助上级对EHS团队进行培训和能力提升。
