List the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
·           Education: Minimum college education, major in safety engineering and industry safety;
安全工程、工业安全等相关专业专科以上学历;

Familiar with EHS related knowledge and laws. Ability to find accident root cause and analyze it;
掌握起重机械安全、防火防爆、工业防毒技术、锅炉与压力容器安全、设备安全、安全法律法规、危险评价安全管理学、职业安全健康管理、机械电气安全技术、安全人机工程与人为因素、应急救援等知识并具有优秀的事故调查与分析的能力;
Familiar with the state safety and environment protection laws as well as safety engineering. Good English and computer skill.
熟悉国家安全、环保方针和法律法规,熟悉机械原理、安全工程;良好的英文水平,熟练操作计算机。

·           Comply with and implement quality system documentation requirements, understand policies of environment, safety and occupational health, and obligations of environment, safety and occupational health of this post, learn and comply with requirements of environment, safety and occupational health related with this post, attend corporate safety and environment training and education, have corresponding work ability required by this post
遵守并执行体系相关文件要求,了解环境、安全和职业健康方针及本岗位应履行的环境、职业健康和安全义务,学习并遵守与本岗位相关的环境、安全和职业健康法规和其他要求,参加公司安环培训和教育,具备本岗位相应的工作能力;
·           Participate in environment factors evaluation and hazard identification and risk analysis, accident investigation, emergency response, establishment and review of occupational health and safety policies and targets. Report any change on environment, safety and occupational health. Fulfill responsibilities and authorities on environment and safety of this post. Support realization of corporate targets on environment, safety and occupational health.
参与环境因素、危险源辨识和风险评价活动、事故调查、应急响应、职业健康安全方针和目标的制定和评审,提报本岗位环境、安全和职业健康的任何变换;认真履行本岗位安环职责和权限,支持公司环境、安全和职业健康目标的实现;
·           Organizes, facilitates, implements, and reports assessment of safety, environment and occupational health management system. Collects the state laws, finds problem and organizes to correct them;
负责组织、推动、执行并及时汇报关于安全、环境保护和职业健康法规和管理体系的符合性评审,收集整理和对照国家相关法规,查找不足,组织拟定整改方案并督促执行;监控安全生产过程,出具检查记录并整理拟定现场监察报告;
·           Supplies training of safety and sanitation. Sets up three levels of safety training system, including new staff training, operation safety and occupational health, environment protection related laws;
负责提供并协调相关的安全与卫生培训,建立、健全三级安全教育体系,包括新员工的入职安全教育,劳动安全和职业健康、环境保护相关的法规培训,以及对承包商的安全培训和监察等;
·           Makes inspection tour and listens to operators’ suggestions. Timely stops and warns behaviors against the safety instruction;
主动巡查和听取员工意见和建议,及时发现违规现象,对于违规人员及时制止、警示、处罚并后续处理等;
·           Identifies and evaluates all kinds of hazard source in production process and workplace. Makes preventive countermeasures;
针对生产现场和生产过程中的各类危险源进行辨识和评估,拟定针对性预防和改善方案;
·           Involved in technical process safety evaluation and analysis. According to the state related law, involved in raw material and equipment purchase and safety assessment;
参与技术工艺流程的安全评价与分析;结合国家相关法规,参与原材料、设备采购的安全评价与分析;
·           Selects and assesses PPE. Makes PPE inventory standard and audits the additional requirement of PPE. Be in charge of reasonable use of PPE and cost control;
负责劳动防护用品的选购定型及使用效果评价,提供专家意见;负责劳动防护用品库存标准、配额标准的制定,审核例外的劳动防护的需求,报告上级审批后执行,对劳动防护用品的合理使用及成本控制负责;
·           Assists dept manager, supervisor and operator to analyze the accident. Finds out root cause, make countermeasure and report them;
协助部门经理、工部主管和员工进行事故的调查分析(旨在确定根本原因以便于改进),出具事故调查处理报告,包括险兆事故;制发事故分布和趋势图示,评估各部门安全管理效果;
·           Collects and reports the data of safety, EHS regularly;
对安全、环保和健康的统计数据进行专业管理,按周期记录收集、整理和制定工作报告;
·           Designs, improves, tests and determines process of pollutant discharge control and solid scrap disposal. Monitors pollution accident and analyzes root cause and makes countermeasure;
对污染物排放控制、固体废物的处理进行工艺流程设计、改进、试验,确定工艺条件;对突发性污染事故进行环境监测,分析环境恢复过程中的环境质量,并采取相应的处置措施;
·           Builds and develops EHS team. Holds EHS meeting and follows up the meeting decision. Evaluates the performance of EHS team member and responsible for their performance;
负责建立并发展EHS小组,定期召开EHS小组会议和月度安全专项会议,负责对会议决议的跟进实施;负责EHS小组成员的工作技能的提升和对小组成员的考核,对EHS小组的工作绩效负责;
·           Facilitates and implements OBS in Xuzhou site;
负责OBS项目在徐州工厂的推行和实施。
·           Assists to make multi-skill training. Develops and implements training course;
协助开展员工多技能培训,针对性开发培训课程,尤其对员工进行交叉的、多元化的安全操作培训,包括生产管理人员;
·           Releases EHS related information and updates it to ensure EHS information and the urgent notice can pass rapidly;
组织发布EHS相关统计信息,不断更新看板内容,确保EHS信息和紧急通告的迅速传递;
·           Assists nurse to build and maintain occupational health and safety management system. Assists nurse to implement occupational disease prevention and occupational health plan;
协助医生建立并维护职业保健与安全管理体系,协助医生进行职业禁忌和职业健康预防和实施方案;
·           Coordinates with local safety production supervision dept and sanitation organization to ensure the company’s compliance to the related laws;
与当地政府相关机构,如安全生产监督管理部门和卫生机构协调,以确保公司规章符合相关的法规,包括以下几项:
(1)Arranges special job position training;
与当地安全生产授权部门协调并组织特殊工种的培训(特殊工种包括焊工、铲车司机、起重机操作工、电工等);
(2)Arranges special equipment inspection and test;
与当地安全生产授权部门协调并组织特殊设备的检测检验(特殊设备包括行车、升降机、铲车、压力容器等);
(3)Arranges industry hygiene test and assessment;
与当地环保部门协调并组织工业卫生相关的检测和评价(例如工作区域的噪音、灰尘、有毒物质等),对不符合项进行风险评估并进行改进;
(4)Gets involved in occupational health and safety assessment of new expansion project; 
协调并参与新扩建项目的职业健康与安全评价,包括职业健康与安全生产的预评价、符合性评估,安全、环保、健康方面的符合性检测,直至得到政府部门的验收;
(5)Reports work related injuries and diseases, and assists nurse to make tracking tasks; 
报告与工作相关的伤害与疾病,并协助医护员做好后续工作追踪;
(6)Reports accident caused by special equipment;
报告关于特殊设备造成的意外事故;
依照公司制度和相关法律的规定,直接对下属员工实现管理职责。职责包括:面试、招聘和对员工进行培训;计划分派和指导员工工作;对员工进行绩效评估和奖惩;倾听员工和帮助员工解决问题。
·           Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
·           Other works assigned by .reporting manager.
