 Main tasks and responsibilities:
-- Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, provincial and regulations. 计 划和执行安全政策，确保遵守当地和国家相关法律条例；
-- Plans and implements programs to train managers and coworkers in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment and other materials. 为公司员工进行ESH培训，其中包括防火安全，化学材料，有毒物品，设备和其他材料的安全操作；
-- Prepare studies and analysis of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies. 研 究工业安全事故的原因以及风险，供公司员工参考学习；
-- Inspects organization facilities to detect existing or potential accident health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented. 检查工厂各项设备已发现现有的或潜在的安全事故，并及时采取补救和防范措施以确保安全；
-- Provides information signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions.
准备安全标志，海报或其他警告标志，阻止安全事故产生；
-- Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations. 负责工伤调查并配合公司在工伤处理中遇到的诉讼和保险调查及相关问题 - - Compiles and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies.
根据当地规定配合并提供事故报告；
-- Oversees the administration of worker's compensation program, including working with insurance carrier to reduce coworker lost time. 监 督工人的保险制度，包括与保险公司一起配合减少工人的工时损失事件；
-- Complies with all Corporate Safety and Health regulations and submits all requested reports and information within the timeframe requested.
服从公司总部的ESH 规定，并在规定时间内提供相关报告和信息；
-- Completes customer and third party Health and Safety surveys and bid information requests.完成客户和第三方的健康和安全调查以及投标信息要求；
-- Represents the organization in community or industry safety groups and programs.
代表公司参加外部的安全组织活动；
-- Supports, cooperates and participates in the company-wide ISO 9000 quality effort.
支持，配合并参与公司范围内的ISO9000质量标准实施；
-- Maintains a safe, neat and orderly work area.维护安全，干净和有序的工作环境；
Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company- wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. 支持，配合并参与公司的ESH管理体系，包括遵循安全，健康和环境的相关政策和制度。
-- Assists Managers and Coworkers in identifying training needs and offers programs to meet the needs. 协助部门经理和同事分析培训需求并设计相关项目以达到培训目的；
-- Be responsible to organize and complete the construction for  ISO14001/HAS18001 management system and maintenance. 负 责组织建立并维护 ISO18001/HAS18001 管理体系。
-- Coordinate the lean improvement acitvities within the plant协调精益改善方面的活动
-- Implement corporate lean standard and tools application in the plant 在工厂内推行总部的标准和工具应用

Competencies/ Profile:
-  Five years experience in related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience, Formal university and a bachelor's degree.
正规全日制大学以上学历，五年以上工作ESH方面工作经验；
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets technical information related to the safety and environment field.
能够阅读，分析和把握环境安全方面的技术信息；
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization skills.
良好的沟通交流能力以及计划和组织技巧；
- Teamwork skills and organization skills.组织工作能力及团队合作能力。
-- Basic Lean knowledge in manufacturing environment  基本的精益生产知识
